As parents, the stress of child rearing may cause us to yell, scream, beg and threaten. Yet, usually none of these behaviors motivates our children to help out, straighten up, and fly right. As parents, how can we communicate our wishes for a positive response without having kids roll their eyes, shuffle their feet, stare at the floor and use body language that says, "Yeah, whatever?"
